New and very exciting training!
Well on Saturday just gone, our friend Vadim Kolganov came to train with us. What an awesome day! We are particularly honoured to have a distinguished martial artist such as Vadim training with us. He really does not get the full respect he deserves, he really is world class!
Anyway the day's training consisted of some of our stuff and then Vadim went through his stuff and we kind of blended it together at the end.....the words shit hot just don't describe it well enough! Between us and him we've got the beginning of something that's gonna explode!
Also we tried out some kettlebell training, I loved it so much that one is now on order! Both George & I can't wait for this Saturday.............woo hoo.........!

Combat World want to be the first camera's around when total combat and vadim get together again in training, you guys are massive and the martial art world should see you guys
